All sales of titles are final. Once a title has been purchased and issued, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason.

2. **Upgrades to Higher Titles**
If you wish to upgrade to a higher title (e.g., from Lord to Duke), you may do so by paying the applicable upgrade fee. The cost of the upgrade will be the difference between the price of your current title and the price of the higher title you wish to obtain. Please contact us for details on available upgrades and associated fees.

3. **Right to Refuse Sale**
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a title to any individual or entity at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where we believe the purchase may be for fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate purposes. No explanation for refusal will be required.

4. **Non-Transferable Titles**
Titles purchased through the Principality of Bir Tawil are non-transferable. They may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another individual or entity. The title is exclusively for the use of the person named in the original purchase.

5. **Prohibition of Obscene or Inappropriate Names**
The name associated with your title must not contain any obscenities, offensive language, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to reject any name that we deem unsuitable. If a name is rejected, you will be given the opportunity to provide an alternative name.

6. **Disclaimer on Legal Recognition**
Titles sold through the Principality of Bir Tawil are novelty items and do not confer any legal, governmental, or territorial rights. They are intended for entertainment purposes only and hold no official recognition or status under any legal system.
